£100 Grant for Lucy Wilson

I attended all the 29er Winter Academies in Largs to train with fellow 29er sailors of all levels of experience. We were given support on and off the water with an RYAS coach of how to reach our full potential. We were given guidelines on fitness, nutrition, sailing theory, how to maintain our boats and learning to sail a 29er in all weather conditions. My ultimate aim after the Academies was to attend the British Youth Championships in Pwllheli.
